This legislation would create a workforce adjustment to supplement Medi-Cal reimbursement rates for emergency and non-emergency ground ambulance transport.

AB 415 would establish a grant program to be administered by the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) to build and upgrade broadband communication infrastructure at state-designated fairgrounds.

This legislation would require large hospitals to submit a plan to the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) to increase procurement from minority, women, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises (MWDVLGBTBE).

This legislation would remove the exemption from public disclosure for medical group financial data already collected by the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and Office of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).
