(Pomona, CA) – California State Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez (D-Pomona) teamed up with fellow legislators to help connect area families with new pets from the Inland Valley Humane Society. At this special event, the IVHS waived its normal adoption fee which covers first set of vaccinations, deworming, microchip, spaying, neutering, and a two week follow up visit with VCA Animal Hospital in Upland. Assemblymember Rodriguez was joined by Assemblymembers Chris Holden (D-Pasadena) and Roger Hernandez (D-West Covina).
