(San Bernardino, CA) – The mass shooting tragedy carried out by two terrorists in San Bernardino back in December is still fresh on the minds of citizens, lawmakers and emergency responders. California State Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez (D-Chino), Chair of the Joint Legislative Committee on Emergency Management, convened a hearing to explore the lessons learned during the attacks. During the hearing, held at the San Bernardino County Government Center, legislators and the public heard from emergency responders regarding how they handled the events and about what tools they need to be better equipped in the event of a similar attack.
