State Assembly Adjourns in Memory of Jonah Hwang

(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez (D-Pomona) and the State Assembly adjourned the March 9, 2017 floor session in the memory of Jonah Hwang, an 8-year-old boy who was killed in a drive-by shooting. “Only three years ago this bright and energetic young boy was adopted from an orphanage in Taiwan….and started his new life here in California,” said Assemblymember Rodriguez. “Jonah loved super heroes, wrestling with his father, and became a star on the school soccer team. He was taken from his family….our community…..and California too soon.” Here’s more in this Assembly Access video.
